Context
Québec ZéN (zero net emissions) is a social dialogue initiative aimed at accelerating the transition to a society that will be carbon-neutral, fairer and more resilient on all levels: environmental, social and economic.

The Common Front for Energy Transition: 86 organizations representing 1.8 million Quebecers from the environmental, grassroot ecologist, labour, community action and student movements. The member organizations of the Front commun are very diverse in their size and mission.
Methodological Approach
Currently, more than 140 people, members of the Common Front and external specialists belonging to nearly 70 different organizations and fifteen departments, research chairs or faculties of 10 universities develop a Roadmap for Quebec’s transition to carbon neutrality. Building on the, the Citizen Action Lab will focus on bringing this Roadmap into action.
Recruitment strategy
Both NGOs (le Pacte and le Front Commun pour la Transition Énergétique) wish to share the tools developed during the DIALOGUES project with the citizens and the member organizations (representing 1.8 million Québec citizens), they also wish to apply the recommendations, to co-construct innovative science based solutions involving citizen groups and the DIALOGUES research team.
